NOT INCLUDED in the price

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Some yachts are offered mandatory with a non-refundable Damage Waiver + a Refundable security deposit and some with only Refundable security deposit. This will be cleared in our offer. For the case of damage waiver, the cost will be as following (on the Skippered charters, only the Damage Waiver is required without Refundable Security Deposit).

CREW (passengers) CHANGE (only on the yacht's base) during the charter is ALLOWED up to 75%. For over 75% is considered as NEW CHARTER. Crew change in our base (the skipper does not change) is charged with 100 Euro, that includes Port Authority formalities, water, electricity and marina fees. Charter Pack for crew changes, as per our price list.

Included in the price: VAT tax of 12% is included in the charter rate. If VAT will increase, this will be paid extra by the charterer with the balance payment.

FREE of charge: Dinghy with outboard engine, Auto pilot (on most yachts).

NOT Included in the price: Fuel, Water, Food / cleaning provisions, Port fees (except as above), extra Outboard Fuel, Transfers airport/port - base - airport/port.

Embarkation: Saturday 17h00 – 19h00

Disembarkation: Saturday 09h00. Mandatory: the yacht must return to the base, the day before the end of charter, latest at 18h00

Shorter than 7 nights charter MAY BE possible upon request, only last minute and with a surcharge.

Pets allowed upon request on some yachts, with double Charter Pack fee

CYCLADES Sailing is among the few LICENSED, GUARANTEED and BONDED agents in Greece by the National Greek Tourism organization EOT (License No. 1177E63000102600).

Language at the bases: English.

Other Yacht types upon request.

Any possible claims can only be accepted latest one week after the end of the charter

* in case of a last minute cancelation, 10 days before embarkation, the client will be charged in full for the Blister’s and/or Childs safety net and/or SUP's charter fees, as we are obliged to pay the fees to the suppliers.

** in case of a last minute cancelation, one month before embarkation, the client will be charged in full  as we are obliged to pay the fees to the crew.

SAILING LICENSE REQUIREMENT: In Greece when chartering a bareboat yacht, according to the port authorities’ requests, the client must provide original sailing certificate/license, (in English language or officially translated). Certificates for motor yachts, sailing on day-light only, weather limitations are NOT accepted from the Port Authorities. 

INSURANCE: All boats are insured according to the Greek law, against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment in excess of the Security Deposit.
